I had an amazing experience today at QML Sherwood Drive, Level 10. I normally feel very anxious and nervous during appointments, but the lovely lady who looked after me made me feel completely comfortable, calm, and at ease from the moment I arrived. It’s on the 10th floor, in the same building as the Smart clinic. The lady lives up to the reputation! So friendly, calm and approachable. I am not a fan of needles and the lady made sure I felt nothing ! Great experience!
The worker was absolutely useless and not helpful at all.
Everything went great only issue was finding the clinic itself which was on the 10th floor.
Very happy with Irene. she's the best for blood test. please treated her well.
