I am updating this review after finally having my blood taken, because the full sequence of events was extraordinary. I arrived at approximately 9:00 am for fasting blood tests and took number 6. After waiting for my number to be called, I was then told that because my referral was not a QML referral, I needed to email it to the clinic. This is one of my favourite collection centres. It’s always clean and tidy, the wait times are minimal, and every staff member I’ve dealt with is friendly, professional and caring.
The woman are so friendly and professional while being gentle and helping you to relax.
