While I would give the technician a 5 star rating for for her care and professionalism, once again their accounts and head office let them down. All my details were taken at time of service. Somehow they still sent me an account demanding payment. Second time this has happened. Just wasted 40 minutes of my day on phone trying to sort it out. Most of that on hold. Can't get through to an office, outsourced , very frustrating. Will be going elsewhere next time.
Easy to find, quiet and not crowded on my mid week late morning visit (for X ray) with free parking. Reception staff were friendly & welcoming. Radiologist was gentle and kindly - helping me hold position to get the most accurate x rays. So nice to be treated with genuine warmth and courtesy. Great service & a pleasant waiting room (though I was seen at once).

Staff member did not turn up again. Waited for 30 minutes then went home. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last month. There were four people queuing from 06:00 which is the designated opening time, two went to Sullivan Nicolaides and the other person and I left. This is a constant well known issue amongst people in the community and also with other pathology clinics with this location. This company needs to get its act together and stop constantly letting people down.
What a TERRIBLE set up. I have arrived between 5.30-5.45 several times over the past 12 weeks to be first in line for the 6am opening as I need my tests to be done as close to 6am as possible for accuracy. 80% of the time no-one turns up to work and everyone from the queue just moves to the next door competitor pathology lab- Sullivan Niciolaides- which always opens on time.
