Great service, Was fast and friendly and very good at her job. Talked to me through the whole process and was excellent
Got up extra early to do prep for my test. Turn up 5 minutes after opening time to find several people already waiting .. and waiting .. and waiting. Eventually we check the website only to discover that it’s not opening at all today. Now I have to go through all of that again on another day and take the chance that they’ll actually be open during their stated hours. All I can think about right now is wondering how many dozens of people are going to be as mucked about as I have been today, all because this place can’t get it... read more

Qml Rosewood collection centre were excellent didn't have to wait, collector was brilliant and friendly and I never felt a thing highly recommended.
