I left after five minutes. My pathology request form wasn't emailing through to them as expected and every few seconds I had a receptionist telling me "It hasn't come through YET." I finally snapped when she told me, like I'm a child, that "I don't know WHAT you're doing but it still hasn't come through." If I was someone who was scared of having their blood taken the customer service here wouldn't help at all.
