My first visit to this clinic and I was very happy. No wait time, everything was explained regarding any charges and the blood draw was very efficient.
I’m quite disappointed with my experience. I booked a 6:40am appointment for a glucose test because the website states that you must book an appointment for this type of blood test. However, when I arrived at the clinic there was no separate system for appointments. I was told to take a number and wait like everyone else. It makes me question the purpose of booking an appointment if there is no process in place to prioritise those bookings. Website states opens at 0600hrs - waited until 0700hrs and still not opened. Wasted an hour of my life.
