I’ve always had positive experiences at this pathology clinic but today was different and unsettling. My blood draw with Wendy (assuming her name, based off of what I saw on the computer) was very painful and distressing. After the first attempt was a fail and felt very rushed, the needle did not actually go into my vein and this was very painful. The same needle then appeared to be removed and then reinserted. Lovely friendly people
Plenty of parking, very friendly and competent staff. Have had a variety of tests there, nothing is too much trouble and they can answer any questions you have. If there is a queue, make sure someone has knocked on the door (as the sign says) so the phlebotomist knows you are there!
Easy parking, convenient opening times and you won't find a friendlier phlebotomist! Always done efficiently, never feel a thing, always feel comfortable and all done with a smile. Thank you!
