Koko was fantastic. Calming and highly efficient . Really glad I choose this location for my blood collection.
Waited for over an hour only to be told they don't do PCR nasal swabs!!! The lady was certainly in no rush either. We'll be avoiding this place in future!
Staff was very friendly and her service was quick and efficient.
