TLDR: If intending to have bloods done at opening, set aside at least 40 mins. Pre-print your e-request forms to reduce wait time. Turned up at 8.02am, left at 8.44am. There were 2 people in front of me, and phlebotomy called the 1st person through at 8.20am. Took 30 mins for my e-request form to be received in their inbox. Onus on you to check if the e-request form has been received. Keep voice within 10 db of conversation range or you'll be told off for being rude. Wasn't a great start to my morning...
