I had to wait for an hour and a half just to get my blood drawn. While the staff were professional, the waiting time was far too long. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling or staffing to reduce such long delays.
I dont know how that male took my blood i got big blue bruise …very bad experience
The lovely man at QML Parkinson is so good at his job. He gets blood from me first time every time and usually with little to no pain. He is so polite friendly and professional too.

I don't usually post any public reviews but I felt that I must do it today. I have been having regular blood tests for long time. Every time, I prepare myself to make sure I keep warm and well hydrated. But I still have to mention that my veins are difficult to sample and prey for smooth sampling. It was my first time to visit this pathology feeling nervous as usual, however, Lloyd (blood collector) somehow managed to make me laugh before sampling then followed by the most painless blood sampling ever as far as I remember.
