Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I had a C14 Urea Breath Test at this QML collection centre on 31 August. The referral from my doctor had my correct date of birth, but the staff at the collection centre entered the WRONG date of birth when processing my test. This simple mistake has turned into an absolute nightmare.
