Pathology — waiting in queues is long enough. Then to get to the front of the line and the worker says “I’m done for the day. If I don’t finish 20mins before closing I’ll be here all day”. Nowhere does it say “closes 20mins prior to official closing time”. Unprofessional AND she laughed about it.
Great Pathology Centre. Open 7 days per week. Friendly, quick in & out. Highly recommended

Most of the team here are lovely and professional, but unfortunately one staff member made my experience quite uncomfortable. When I arrived with my urine sample, her facial expression appeared disgusted, which made me feel awkward and embarrassed. The internet reception inside was also very poor, so my insurance and Medicare details wouldn’t load on my phone.
