Always friendly staff and fast service, great with their opening times
Fast and friendly
Absolutely terrible service. They need to sort out their staffing levels and whole system of how they manage patients. Arrived at 7:10am with 1 person in front of me - an hour later I still hadn't moved in the queue. To top things off the nurse finally finished with the person she had spent at least half an hour chatting with, to allow someone to bypass their numbering system and jump the queue, left in disgust with an hour of my time completely wasted.
I went in this morning after fasting for a blood test maybe the question was stupid to them but I asked about the fasting part in case there was something else I had missed. She asked me if I had anything to drink said no to her and her response then you fasted rolled her eyes so I took my referral back and walked out. Pity the lady that was sitting was not the one to help me I would have had a better experience.
Had my GTT here and the workers were so lovely and caring, made the whole process so much less scary.
