Very bad customer service. Drove an hour to this place, spent time waiting for my turn, got in and when it was time for me to do my blood test, the senior worker there rudely told me to go back to Burpengary, that the payment machine isn’t working. Made no attempt to see what was wrong. Extremely rude staff!!!
If your after a blood test done in a timely manner I would suggest going somewhere else. Waited over a hour with only 3 people seen in that time ended up leaving because I wanted it done some time on the same day
The most awkward encounter with the Nurse caused us to just walk out of the place after waiting 30 minutes to be seen. Instill absolutely zero confidence in her professionalism and ability.
I've had numerous blood tests with Merilyn and she's excellent at what she does. My veins are quite difficult to manage and she is now familiar with me as a patient and draws blood quickly and painlessly. I've always found her friendly and courteous.
