I'm a very difficult blood draw, and it's usually hard to get blood from me. I was being supervised and honestly felt so relieved and excited when Shardi got it on the very first attempt. Usually I end up having to go to other clinics or even the hospital to get it done, so I really appreciated her skill, professionalism, and confidence. She made the whole experience much easier and less stressful for me. Thank you, Shardi - your excellent work is truly appreciated.
As typical with all Healius businesses across Australia this place is consistently under staffed making patients wait for literally hours for their blood tests. Healius (the parent company that looks after QML on QLD and Laverty in NSW) pays their staff abysmally small rates of pay which means people don’t want to the jobs hence they are always understaffed. This is in no way a fault of the staff but a reflection of poorly their business is run.
I left in tears without getting my blood test after waiting over 1.5 hours. The number system was a mess. At the 1 hour mark the lady came out and said to take care of it ourselves which is terrible and then no one was being honest and I have up
