impossible to speak to anyone
Extremely disappointing experience. I waited over 40 minutes before ringing the bell, and only after ringing a second time did a staff member come out to say it “wouldn’t be long.” I then waited another 30 minutes. When the pathologist finally came out, she asked who was first, so I stepped forward. However, she immediately told me that people who had just arrived would be seen first because they had a bone marrow appointment (which can take 30 minutes to 2 hours). Everything went well they are nice ladies. However the older lady was a bit of a know it all (god forbid that i worry about my own health after having a kinda shitty year with the health industry...) "are you a doctor?" She shut me down real quick :(
