Don’t bother with this place, absolutely useless.
The phelbotomist was very friendly, polite, professional and very gentle.The blood draw didn't hurt at all. The service was a bit slow, but overall it was a good experience.
Absolutely hopeless went at 8am for a fasted blood test after an hour of waiting she was only taking in the 3rd patient, me along with others ended up leaving cause was taking so long. Need more staff if going to take so long to do each patient!
I choosed one star because there's not any lower. First of all, in the website there's not any information about the general blood test procedure. When I arrived this morning I had just 3 person in front of me but I had to wait for almost 2 hours. Once my number supposed to be called, the nurse asked for 20 minutes more to finish something but when the time finished she seemed to be really upset because I didn't have the physical doctor referral and one I sent it by email the system was broken.
