Appalling. 1.5 got wait at 7am, 3 people left before their turn, people jumping the que, technician unorganised, bathroom facilities in the car park. Worst pathology I have ever witnessed.
Ridiculously rude, power tripping lady opened up 5.5.26. People in waiting room exchanged 'looks'...
This place is never open on time! Line up of people out the front!! Open when you say your going to open! This is not good enough, especially for the elderly! Get it together Noosa!!!
The lady working there was super busy (and stressed) with 6 people waiting. From the vibe in the waiting room, I imagine she’s dealing with a lot of negative patient feedback from those given the run around from other centres closing - and no clear communication on doors. QML step up and support your staff better so they can focus on their job, not managing frustrated patients. That’ll deliver a better experience all round for employees to patients who’ll stick around.
A very professional service provided. I am afraid I do not know the lady’s name but she is a credit to QML Noosaville.
