We were advised to call before dropping in but they are only open at 9am and we need to drop in before work. It's a hospital and business should start at 7am to cover the services they provide..very stressful.
The mature lady who worked on the 6/4/23 did the procedure on my son, was very professional, kind and had a sense of humour!! Thank you

These people do not answer their phone. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them for advice on a pathology request from my doctor. There is only one person employed in each collection centre and if they are busy (which appears to be all the time) the phone goes unanswered. Pathetic!
I visited the QML Pathology at the Noosaville Hospital on Thursday at 11.45am. The lady working was extremely polite and professional. Introducing herself and making me feel comfortable about my tests I felt like in comparison to other visits to QML she was a standout and needs recognition. I felt the clinic was probably understaffed for a hospital and the wait time was quite long.
