Newmarket site states open hour from Monday to Friday fom 7am to 12:30pm. I turn up at 7:45 am on Friday morning. Guess what door is closed. 4 people was waiting outside.
The person who collected my sample was very proficient and friendly and the wait time was very short. Facility was clean and tidy. Can’t really ask for more.

Transferred money via bpay for an invoice but they continue to chase me up for the overdue bill despite attempting several times to contact them and explain the situation. Terrible customer service and difficult to speak to a real person.
