Phlebotomist didn’t ask for my name or DOB before trying to take my blood. I’ve had many blood tests and this is the only time it hasn’t happened. She said “we’ll do the blood draw then we’ll do the paperwork”. That seemed odd to me and possibly illegal (?) but I just wanted to get it over with. Irregular opening hours. According to their website (and opening hours posted on the door) it was meant to be open on a Thursday, but wasn't. From other reviews it seems that this is not uncommon. Perhaps book online beforehand so as not to waste your time. Not sure whether that would work for days where staff don't show up for whatever reason.
Frequently closes early- need to update their hours online and on the door to avoid wasting peoples time.
How hard is it to update your opening times. People were waiting for hours
Newmarket site states open hour from Monday to Friday fom 7am to 12:30pm. I turn up at 7:45 am on Friday morning. Guess what door is closed. 4 people was waiting outside.
