Such nice staff. I told the lady it was for a two year old and she said she would put a rush on it, when we needed up in hospital 24 hours later the results were there for the doctor. It was an amazing help. ❤
I was seen really quickly and Allie was so lovely and attentive! She managed to get my blood on the first try, which a lot of people usually struggle with. She made the whole experience really easy and comfortable. Thank you, Allie!
Caring and compassionate staff
My 3 year old has had multiple blood tests which is traumatic for him and I and now we will only have the tests performed here. All the ladies at QML Ann St are absolutely fantastic, in particular Ronnie who is so experienced, quick and puts my little one at ease (and me the stressed Mum). Thank you beautiful ladies.
