They botched my H pylori breath test early last week and waited until late this afternoon to tell me to redo it, once collection centres are mostly closed. Advised to go to a different one- they claimed to have booked me in on the phone and await the text confirmation that never came. Spent 25 mins going around in circles trying to speak to a human at a collection centre in the area and also on their main number that doesn’t answer the phone- only recorded messages of general info. Was given a referral from my GP to have a covid test this afternoon visited QML at Belmont Rd to be told they are out is swabs. The lass there told me to go to Carina after checking website they also couldn’t help. Told to go to Cannon hill they couldn’t help no reason given. Tryed Gumdale to be told I could go to Capalaba. After taking the abuse I was given by QML staff at all practices still nothing resolved. What a joke !Cant even vent my frustration as there is no phone number to spk to anybody about this inexcusable run... read more
