Absolutely terrible wait times, over an hour to get through 5 patients. Don’t attend unless you’ve got a few hours to waste.
Wonderful staff but ridiculous wait times. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and not improved at all.
Mudgeeraba QML is handy in location. Staff are friendly and efficient and gentle.
For many years, I have had problems when having blood tests taken. Difficult finding veins until I attended Mudgeeraba & had Katherine take the blood. This lady is amazing at her work….very efficient, painless & wonderful personality.
Advice to customers based on my experience with QML - if you don’t like long waits then go during the week - if you like long waits then go on Saturday morning. Today/Saturday I arrived 2min before opening time and I was #11 in the queue. 55min later my number was called and when I walked out the door there were 17 other waiting customers. Other than that QML’s service is good.
