Was told there was no toilet for urine tests and to travel to the shopping centre 5 minutes away to use the public bathrooms. Was then told to take the urine to the doctor. This was incorrect information. This woman needs to be fired. She was an older Pakistani lady with black hair.
Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Rang for an appointment and got in that same day. Awesome.
My daughter and I were at this place this morning and we're very busy but the we didn't waiting for long time. The 4 ladies on duty doing fantastic job and making sure everything running smoothly. I was in the room 1 and my daughter is in the room 2. My daughter always struggling when do blood collection because her veins is very hard to find and today was taking more the 1/2 hour and only collect 1 part.
