Moorooka QML collection centre is located in the same building as the Beaudesert rd doctors surgery i Moorooka. very convenient and easy place to find. i find the staff there very courteous and have a great sense of humour, and very professional at there job.
Exceptional service . The digital services were down, so I waited and I had to send my form to an email as it was another blood bank form. There was issues with it so the lady kindly wrote it all out on a QML form for me. Wonderful lady .
I go to my local QML collection office on a regular basis. I’ve always found the staff very professional and gentle when taking samples. You need to remember this is a very small office and is staffed by a single nurse that takes samples and does all of their own admin, etc. so there is no time to take phone calls. I appreciate having a local collection centre as it means I don’t need to travel to have samples collected, etc.
