Great nurses. Never have to wait
I had a really disappointing experience with this clinic. I initially went in for a blood test, but a few days later they called me back because the sample they took wasn’t enough. Which already felt unprofessional and inconvenient. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with an unresolved invoice since November last year. The last response I received from them was in March, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I haven’t received any update or clarification. So frustrating!!!
