5 stars when they're open. I've turned up a few times and they've been shut up tight. No note to say if they'll be back tomorrow etc.
Terrible wait time. The whole process was ridiculously slow. Had been using for years and previous nurse a lot quicker.
I had a very disappointing experience with QML over the phone and online. I decided to go in to the collection center and speak directly with a human. And what an incredible human! FARID went above and beyond for my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair. His empathy, compassion and kindness need to be acknowledged. Not to mention that man COULD get blood out of a stone. GENIOUS!!
