Arrived 12 mins before closing time but qml collector had left. It was the 3rd QML I tried to access that day. I gave up completely
Very professional and friendly
Never again. The worst and least efficient QML nurses must get sent to Main Beach, because most of the time wait times are completely unacceptable. I was fourth in line this morning and left after an hour without being seen - the technician let the third person out at 8:40, closed her door and never opened it again. That’s not even the worst experience I have had there. Unless you somehow enjoy waiting in a crowded room for an unspecified amount of time, do yourself a favour and go to Southport, or anywhere else really.
I went to QML Main Beach this morning. Only one in the waiting room. Waited for 30 minutes then guy walks out then comes back 5 minutes later with blood gushing from arm obviously after blood taken. The guy Comes out 5 mins later all bandaged up. I wait another 15 minutes. Then said to receptionist: I’m going, it’s quicker to drive to QML Southport. She just looked stupid at me and kept on her.
