Hi all, let's be clear it's a blood draw situation, something I wouldn't ever consider doing. Thankyou to the people who do this work, consistently day in day out as it cannot be that enjoyable. Communication is not easy with different cultures so we do our best together to build each other up to be better people. I admit I was a tad angry over a few issues here but after I looked at the reality, the issue was mine. This lady works hard and consistent with accuracy. Cheers S
After a needlessly LONG wait in an empty waiting room I was finally seen by your collector. I’m a phlebotomist myself and it was clear within moments your collector at Lutwyche today (1st of August) had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I walked out and down the hall to 4Cyte where I was seen quickly by a professional phlebotomist who had clearly been in the business a long time. If you’re looking for a blood test in this area I would recommend taking your business a few meters down the corridor to 4Cyte.
Amy was a delight to deal with this morning and I am grateful for her expertise in taking bloods as this has been problematic for me in the past. In addition I should mention her lovely friendly manner. The guy who was working here a few weeks back was lacking in all these areas so I hope Amy remains at Lutwyche.
The older Asian lady today at 11/07/25 at 2:40pm was very rude. She said her name was Amy. The moment I walked in, she was clearly upset that I came in 20mins before they close. She kept on yapping and at the end, I told her that if she didnt want any clients, just say so. She doesn't seem like she enjoys her job. She is an older lady who has a very thick Asian accent so I'm not even sure if she's a resident. This must be the slowest collection centre ever. Only 2 before me but wait was ages. Not sure how it can take so long. Will go to different centre next time.
