Pleasant and lovely staff
Well presented, professional and genuinely friendly staff that took all the worry out of having blood tests done. Thank you very much.
Got there at 11.50 before closing, made us wait then started making excuses at 12pm that she couldn’t do it, Just came across lazy and instead of being professional, she kicked us out because she refused to do the test because she wanted to go home, I’m putting in a formal complaint because that was not good service at all, she also always stinks like smoke too and smokes in front of centre, unprofessional on another level
