Came in today to get some routine bloods performed. Helen is beyond fantastic at her job and made the whole process smooth and easy for me. As someone who's prone to fainting, I couldn't be happier with my experience in the clinic today.
Helen is amazing and I have very faint veins and she can find them with her eyes closed and so outgoing and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have to see her Monday, I'm confident and relaxed to see her.
