Extremely slow service. I waited over 40 minutes and there were only two people ahead of me. Long gaps between patients and staff constantly disappearing. This is just for a simple sample drop-off, nothing complicated. Only come here if you have at least an hour to spare. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
Yep this QML Lakelands is hopeless, nurse always late or dont show up, no sign to say there closed ..2days in a row now no shows..don't worry about people that have urgent bloods and have been fasting...not happy
This is the second QML that i have gone to and found closed. A sign up outside saying they close at 4.30 pm and I'm here at 4.15 and doors are closed and lights out..i to get blood tests often and work full time, this just makes it very difficult. You need to extend hours even just a little bit please or at least have one in area between Deception bay and Northlakes that is open a little later.
