Always been so lovely and can get my difficult veins. I had to leave a review today though when a lady rudely came in and was told I had an appointment for blood pressure (which you have to book online). She told the lady 'You can just jab me it'll take 2 seconds and I must have it done today' It doesn't take 2 seconds and you cut in on my booked appointment time which I was turned away for last week because it can't be done on a walk in.
