This collection entire is great staff are always friendly and helpful, communication is very good too
Staff was amazing. She was very kind and gentle. She helped fit in my multiple tests asap so the results can be ready by my next doctor's appointment.
Wonderful lady called Nicole took my bloods today. I absolutely hate getting bloods done and have quite a phobia. She was so patient and kind and made the experience as calm as she could. If you are a fainter or need to lie down to get bloods, they do not have a bed here, it's just a chair.
I had my bloods done this afternoon, some the details on the paperwork were wrong and the phlebotomist was so incredibly lovely about it despite the fact that it ended up meaning that she didn’t get to finish on time. She was so patient and thorough.
