Earlier today I had a much-needed blood test at QML Pathology. I’m usually quite hesitant as I don’t do well with needles, but the nurse who looked after me was incredibly kind, considerate, and non-judgemental about my anxiety. She immediately offered me the option of lying down to help me stay calm, and the whole process was quick, gentle, and surprisingly comfortable. Just had Amanda do my blood test/ amazing at what she does , a great conversationalist and is easy on the veins 11/10 would recommend
