The blood test went smoothly and our pathologist, being an original Aussie, is very easy to understand, very supportive, patient, knowledgeable and extremely experienced - from our appointments: past, present and hopefully into the future, in Jacobs Well.
Easy and straightforward procedure
The Phlebotomist, John I think his name was - was absolutely fantastic, especially with my young daughter who was very nervous to have bloods taken. Highly recommend him for kids.
Fast service but I’ve had friendlier phlebotomists
Made people sit in the freezing cold temperatures of 8 degrees outside. Poor customer service.
