1 star for having an automated call system that doesnt put you through to talk to a person. I was told to bring a sample to this place and call them prior to taking it in and have no way of doing that. Its a ridiculous system.
Really nice careing people. Almost painless, too.
I have found this to be the best and most gentlest place and most understanding for fear of needles and anxiety and panic attacks too the lady here really understanding with mental and physical health and disabilities aswell 100% best pathology in ipswich. Thank you will definitely be coming back again for all my blood tests
The lady there now is wonderful! She was from the redbank town square QML. Took her time with my little one today for a blood test (17 months old) Told me what she was going to do step by step. Beautiful lady! I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name or I’ve forgotten. It’s a shame she’s moved to a different QML but she deserves it !
