The waiting room was a little bit confusing when first walking in, as there is no clear reception area and you have to grab a number, which they do have signage about, but it is not readily apparent at first glance. Other than that one issue my expirence was exactly what I would want and expect, quick and effective staff, who seem knowledgeable and caring about their work, and the vampire who extracted my bloods did so with little pain and effort and was friendly and sociable durin the extraction, please keep up the good wor... read more
Over 1.5 hour wait time for only 3 people..
Place was very dirty and outdated! There was a sample collection box in the waiting room which I think is very unsafe and unhygienic as anyone can touch or swap the samples! Had an ecg appointment booked and they did have anything set up and all equipment was very outdated
Visited this pathology for first time, the collector was quite insecure on which vein or arm to do. After a couple attempts on both arms, had to call another collector for help. So unfortunately I had a bad experience and I'm not recommend this lab.
