Seems to be more talk that action. 15 minutes between someone leaving and next person called. Can hear the girls out the back laughing talking instead of calling the next person. There people left due to lack of service and mucking around by staff.

I visited QML Ipswich today for a simple blood draw — something that should take seconds. My veins are extremely easy to see and every other clinic has accessed them first try. Instead, the person taking my blood here missed my veins entirely, causing unnecessary pain and clear distress. Honestly, this is the most incompetent people in the business. Absolute worst staff ever. They were upset as we arrived 30 mins before close because they had "Things to Do". Do better QML.
