I had a blood test done here and was seen by an older female staff member (unfortunately I can't remember her name). I have difficult veins, which I informed her about beforehand. Despite this, she used a standard large needle rather than a butterfly needle and repeatedly moved the needle in and out of my arm trying to locate the vein. This was extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, poor practice, as excessive probing can cause unnecessary pain, bruising, and potential tissue damage. The staff who have assisted me have treated me in a humane and excellent manner.
Was not open from 1-3pm on a Thursday Sign on the door written in hand writing started “temporarily closed, apologies for any inconvenience” Do not trust advertised opening hours. Store staff are not there most of the day
I arrived just after 7am to get a blood test done before work. There were already two people waiting when I arrived. We sat and waited for 20 minutes with no staff in sight and nothing happening. I had to leave in the end without getting the test done because I couldn't wait any longer knowing there were two people ahead of me so it would still be a while. If it had been communicated up front that it would be such a long wait, I would not have stayed and wasted my time.
