They kick you out if something takes too long because 'they don't get paid overtime'
I arrived 25 minutes before closing, which I thought was more than enough time for my simple bulk billed blood test and was turned away. Staff member was an Asian lady with not very good customer service was too slow, and the patient in front of me who arrived only just before me had a large blood test and was unprepared not having her urine test completed until it was her turn. Pathologist was friendly , helpful and efficient - didn’t feel any pail - she’s very experienced. Location is super convenient for me
