The phlebotomist here is so caring. If she can’t find your vein she asks if it’s ok if she cuts the tip of her glove off to feel better rather then just probing the needle around. It’s in a great spot between the medical centre and chemist. She is extremely patient and comforting for small children having there blood taken as well.
