It was my first visit to this pathology today and it was personally the best experience I’ve ever had getting a blood test. The phlebotomist, Sandy, was amazing at her job, I felt really comfortable and it was quick with minimal discomfort. It was evident she has a lot of experience and knowledge. I appreciate it can be quite busy at this small centre, however when I arrived there was no queue! Will be coming back here again. Thanks so much for the work you do.

Qml in Hawthorne is always friendly and professional, and waiting time is not too bad, just choose the best time (I.e mid morning), if you can
