The nurse was absolutely wonderful! I had high expectations after reading all the Google reviews, as I’m incredibly scared of needles, and they convinced me that the drive from Nundah would be worth it. I’m so glad I went. Very efficient, professional and friendly service. Other QML was unable to get a blood sample but they had no difficulty here.
Been coming here for years and this is hands down the best collection centre you'll ever find. Never have a waited more than 10 mins, and the lady is just the best - friendly, professional, and I barely feel the needle.
The lady helped taking blood sample for my elderly father is not only beautiful & kind but also so highly skilled! My old man always having problem taking sample from very thin vessels but this lady did it like magic without pain!! We are not going anywhere else!! Really appreciate her professional and pleasant experience!! Deserves Fifty stars!! 👍👍💖
