I have an aversion to needles and told the collector this she was very calming and gentle i hardly felt the needle prick
Fasted all morning to get my bloods done and got to qml with an hour to wait before they even checked their email at front desk to let all of us know that she wasnt in today! We were all waiting for someone who was never coming in even though the signs said they would be there. Disappointed at the disorganisation. 3 workers on the desk were not to bla.e as they did not know! They just kept piling us up with no one to serve us inside the qml office. We all left fuming.
