VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT
Spent my Saturday morning for my glucose test at St Ives QML with Junia as my phlebotomist and she was amazing. Made the experience extremely comfortable. Made conversation and helped make the time go faster - (as you’re there for just over two hours with a glucose test). Junia is so professional, friendly and genuinely loves her job and patients! Will be returning in future :)
