⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with QML Pathology Southport (GCPH). The staff member who helped me was incredibly understanding and supportive. I had a timed test but had forgotten my original referral. She went above and beyond to make a digital version work, even coordinating with my wife via email so everything could be submitted on time. Thanks to her paitence, running outside to get reception, my test made it to the lab just in time. Really appreciate the professionalism and care shown - highly recommend!
Adriano ( phlebotomist ) who collected my blood sample bruised my arm. Picture attached. I have very clear and visible veins.
Came in with a timed sample. Forms already filled and ready to hand in. No one at front. Directions to wait for technician or press timed sample button. Pressed "timed sample delivery button" Waited 10 minutes. Pressed again. Waited 10 minutes. Pressed again. Waited 13 minutes. Can hear staff discussing their weekend plans. Finally a technician came to recieve my sample. Told. You needed it give this to us within 30 minutes of being ready. Absolutely incompetent service. All staff should be fired
I had a medical procedure with Dr. Bridget Gilsenan and I highly recommend her. She has been really kind and warm while keep on being professional. She explain to me all the procedure before and while she was doing it. She replied to all my questions and worries. High quality as a human being and excellent at her profession.
