As they have the only collection centres in Gladstone there is no other option. I emailed yesterday to say that the consistency of hours and days is not there at the smaller centres and your website is never up to date with same. If there is a staffing issue then the website needs to be updated regularly. Yesterday the website said that the Clinton QLM was closed but it was open!
