You would be pleasently surprised from the care you get there from the friendly and welcoming staff.
Never heard of a pathology not having a toilet. You have to take your test over to the shopping centre, and collect your sample then transport it back to the pathology. Surely with your reported 1.3b in revenue made in 2025 alone, QML could spring for a loo.
