This morning at around 10am, I came here for a blood test. The staff member who assisted me was extremely kind and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a lot of help and reassurance. I could barely feel any pain during the blood test, and it was honestly the best blood test experience I’ve ever had. I’m truly very grateful to her for making me feel so comfortable and at ease.
The nurse did a great job taking a blood sample.
Always excellent service by Selina. Very happy to accommodate and knows and does her job very well.
The lady that was working 30/9/22 this morning was absolutely fantastic. I have always fainted so advised her and she got me onto a bed. She then explained everything including the breathing and to be completely honest it was quicker than applying the tape to hold the cotton ball on took longer and hurt more. She was brilliant for someone like me who absolutely would've fainted. 5 stars and will be back to her. Thank you very much!
Had a very bad experience with this place . Yesterday my daughter she is just 22 months old got injured she was bleeding badly and my wife took her to this place around 2:30 pm yesterday where receptionist was so rude and couldn't understand situation and told my wife that doctor is busy ,either u wait or go to another medical centre. This is total lack of care. If they were busy they would have guided my wife to stay calm and would have advise her to call ambulance or they would have called ambulance as a duty care.
