Usually brilliant. Came in with my daughter at 9.30am today. We were only ones in rooms and next to be seen. Waited about 25 minutes. More groups of people arrived. One left as they gave up. Still left waiting 30 minutes later. Need more staff possibly? There is someone in staff room too. Might be training the new staff. If that was the case better communication from trainer perhaps as well? All good ☺️
Highly recommend Deb at the Ferny Grove collection centre. So friendly and kind. I literally did not feel my blood being taken.

If your child needs a blood test you have to take them here to see Deb she is absolutely amazing! After having a terrible experience at QML Everton Park with two ladies trying to get blood from my daughter and failing it left her traumatised. Deb got the blood with ease and my daughter said oh that wasn’t that bad at the end. Thanks again Deb!
whenever I need a blood test this is where I come. I love Deb so much; she’s friendly, professional and fast. I’ve never liked blood tests but she makes the whole experience pain free and enjoyable with a friendly chat. I have no idea how this lab could ever get a bad rating. Would highly recommend to everyone! Every time I’ve been there there’s never been a long wait time which is also a huge bonus!
