The staff are so lovely, always have a smile and are very kind. My husband attends here weekly and we have never had a bad experience. They deserve 5 stars.
So had bloods and cancer biopsy done at North West hospital. QML never rings or sends me an invoice, instead send it to debtor collection. Not very happy customer to say that least
Easy access, no wait time and had a very lively lady (Sam if I remember correctly) make me feel totally at ease with her excellent bedside manner. Also I didn't feel a thing which is always a bonus.
Met the most wonderful ladies (Sharron and April) who walked me through the blood test with my 21 month old. I was nervous but they made the experience so easy, distracted her when the needle was going in and gave stickers after. I’m so glad I travelled a bit to receive this great health care experience. Thank you!
